John Malcolm Fraser AC CH GCL PC was an Australian politician who served as the 22nd prime minister of Australia from 1975 to 1983. He held office as the leader of the Liberal Party of Australia.
This is an A4 printout of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act that has been personally signed by Malcolm Fraser.
Some of the charities who conducted fund raising auctions wouldn’t have the time or funds to frame items they received. You can frame it yourself. A nice inexpensive gift for someone who has an interest in Australian politics. This would have been signed by Malcolm some time in the early 2000s.
